🟡 8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

FinBees Wealth values transparency and fairness in all interactions.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to any paid service, online consultation, or premium feature that may be offered through our website or authorized partners.
Scope of Application
This policy governs refund and cancellation procedures for:
Online consultations or financial awareness sessions (if chargeable).
Any value-added paid tools or calculators.
Subscription-based digital services (if introduced in the future).
Mutual fund or PMS transactions executed through regulated platforms are not covered under this policy since those investments are governed by respective AMCs, PMS providers, and SEBI regulations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Payment made but service not delivered due to a system issue attributable to FinBees Wealth.
Cancellation request made within 24 hours of payment before any service delivery has begun.
Refund requests made beyond 24 hours or after completion of a consultation/service will not be eligible.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email compliance@finbeeswealth.com with payment details and reason for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booked session or service, kindly email us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed or no-show appointments without prior notice may not qualify for refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be processed for free trials, promotional offers, or third-party services.
All investment-related transactions remain governed by SEBI, AMFI, APMI, and AMC policies. RBI compliance for data and transaction handling.
